VACC Certification Verification Welcome to the Vascular Access Certification Corporation Certification Verification System. This free service is provided by VACC to assist individuals and organizations requiring primary source verification of an individual’s certification status. Names of individuals currently certified by VACC are available to the public. The only information that will be provided via this service is the name of the certificated individual, home city/state, and certification status. Primary source requests for certification verification of an active VA-BC that require completion of a verification form or verification on official letterhead, must request the verification in writing, include a $25 fee. Request must include the individual’s full name, home city and state.
